Crafted from solvent based acrylic resin, Delta S coatings significantly extend the life span of building exterior, interlocking pavers, flagstone and concrete while maintaining its original color. It forms a durable protective layer that shields against the harsh Canadian climate. Perfect for regions with strong winds, it prevents damage from frost, rain, UV rays. Being water-based it emits no unpleasant fumes and is environmentally friendly.

1. Extremely Versatile: Non-yellowing, High-gloss sealer provides protection and improved appearance to concrete.
2. Low V.O.C.: Water based, V.O.C. 325 g /lit.
3. Solids: 10 - >25%
4. Diversified Applications: Ideal for Concrete driveways, sidewalks, floors. Stamped, stenciled, colored, acid-stained concrete, Concrete pavers and precast units, Cultured stone and Terrazzo.
5. Finishes: High Gloss, Semi-Gloss.
6. Application Methods: Apply UNISHEEN in two coats using an industrial solvent resistant pump-up sprayer, brush or short-nap solvent resistant roller.
7. Coverage (Concrete / Pavers / Precast) Units:
   250 ft²/U.S. gal./ coat depending upon surface condition
8. Temperature Range: Apply between 4°- 29°C and when no rain is forecasted for the next 24 hours.
9. Colors: Clear liquid
