Delta Silicon 66 Nano Ceramic

Extend the life of your flat roof by 12 years or more with Delta Silicone 66 Rubberized Roofing and Flashing Sealant premixed with ceramic hollow microspheres. This premium 100% silicone sealant, with 100 % solid content by weight, is highly flexible, durable, waterproof, and weather-resistant. It provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. It can be used as a joint sealant as well.

1. Coverage: 250 sq. ft. with a thickness of 22 mils using an airless paint sprayer of .031 inch nozzle.
2. Colors Available: White or Grey (Grey on request with additional cost)
3. Ideal For: Flat roofs and trailer roofs
4. Heat Insulation: The product boasts a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) ,110/99
5. Dry Film Thickness: 30 mils.

General Usage

Note: Can only be covered with silicone.

Conditions of Application

1. Preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and frost-free. Use Delta Wash Primer to prepare EPDM, TPO, PVC surfaces.
2. Temperature Range: Apply when surface and air temperature is between 45°F and 85°F. Do not apply if the roof surface temperature exceeds 140°F.
3. Dryness: Surface must be completely dry before application.
